SHERINE Medley SDS Principal

Sherine began dancing with Adele Maxwell-Miles (who founded the school) at the tender age of 3, she then went on to study dance full-time at the B.R.I.T.SUpon graduating she gained representation from various top dance agents and proceeded to have a very successful commercial dance career, performing for acts such as Beyonce, Black-Eyed Peas, Snoop Dogg, & touring with Kylie, Sugababes, Peter Andre and many more.

Sherine is a registered Associate of the IDTA. She teaches with the vibrant energy of a professional dancer and her wealth of experience ensures pupils grow in confidence and ability. 

Aoife Doherty Head of Ballet

Aoife began dancing at the age of three!

She later trained at Sylvia Young Theatre School and the Royal Academy of Dance, gaining a BA(Hons) in Ballet Education, Licentiate of the RAD with Distinction and became an associate of the RAD (ARAD).

Aoife has worked as a dancer and actress in T.V., Film and Theatre and is currently a dance artist with Ranbu Collective.

Aoife’s natural ability and technique and her nurturing disposition, ensures she is a firm favourite with our pupils!

Carl Joseph Pianist & Creative Director

We are extremely blessed to have Carl play for us, he has been with the school for over 20 years. His music brings the classes to life and engage the children in a spectacular way, causing Show choreography to be a real collaborative effort for the whole class which is a lot of fun.

Carl is well known and in demand amongst celebrities and has played for Adele(the singer), Simon Cowell, Emma Thompson and many more…

Our parents often comment on how his music is so soothing, they often forget to watch their children dance and come just to listen!
